Requirements:

· Fluent English

· College graduate or relevant experience

· Excellent communication and writing skills (English)

· Customer service experience

· B2C Sales experience

· Office products experience, Office 365 zoom, meet

· Minimum of 50 mb High speed internet connection

· Computer with up-to-date virus and firewall protection

· Noise Cancelling Headset

· Dedicated quiet home office space

· Webcam

Job description:

· Back-office Support, Client Support

· Inbound/Outbound Service Calls

· Prepare a new purchase proposal

· Collect necessary info from caller to send requests.

· Telemarketing

· Call defectors and cold leads to requalify and prepare proposals.

· Cold call leads from Cole X dates and Aged Internet Leads.

Outgoing Service Calls

· Late Payment and Cancellation reminder calls

· Follow up for trailing documents from underwriting

· Thank you, Birthday, and welcome calls

· Confirmation of Certificates of applicable industry

Data Management/Data Entry

· Creation and sending of Certificates

· General data entry and filling of forms

Marketing

· Email marketing campaigns

· Social media postings, Including video

Pay: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month
